Retiring from the nail industry. I bought this chair in April. The owners of the salon I bought it from had bought it new but had only had a nail tech who used it for six months. Been in the industry for seventeen years and this is the third spa pedi chair I have bought and by far the nicest. It is in perfect working order. I have the log journal (for the State Board) showing I have used it less than thirty times. It DID NOT come with the manual but I had no problem using it.
