Wooden star picture frame ornaments, casting sand, sand casting flask, picture frames, old canvases, flower pots, tye dyed shirts, etc.
2-3 pieces of other furniture - 1 antique and 2 Ikea type.
I don't think there will be clothes.
There will be a great deal of things that are in excellent shape.
