I have a total of 4 rooms for rent in a large spacious house in Johns Creek.

The house is fully equiped with everything, high speed internet, huge kitchen, outdoor deck, laundry room, etc. All utilities will be included provided that the tenant is able to turn off lights and heating or air-conditioner in their rooms when leaving the house. All rooms has basic furniture ready for immediate move-in.

Here is a detail description of the 3 areas for rent:
1. One upstairs small bedroom for 1 single person, rent $300/month with $200 security deposit.
2. One upstairs large bedroom for 1 single person, rent $350/month with $250 security deposit.
3. Two joined rooms on the main floor, one is the living room and one bedroom (has full set of furniture), rent $450/month with $300 security deposit, see picture.
