Quiet, Peaceful, and Comfortable 2 story townhouse. I have 2 bedroom upstairs that i'm renting out. Both rooms are UNFURNISHED with recently shampooed wall to wall CARPET. I forgot exact square footage, but good size rooms. The picture will give you some indication. Good size closets to hang your stuff. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs and 1 full bathroom upstairs to share with one other roommate.

The room downstairs is like a small indoor patio with carpet, so it is enclosed and has a sliding door that leads to outside. Upstairs room is like a regular bedroom.

very close to i-20 east and Panola Rd exit or Evans Mill Road exit. Less than 2 miles from gas stations, SuperWalmart, Fedex Kinkos, Office. 2 exits down from StoneCrest mall. Yet, it is quiet.

You may share refrigerator and electric stove for cooking. You may also share wireless wifi internet, but be considerate of bandwidth. Clothes washer is available.

Asking $300/mo. + $100 deposit for EACH room. This includes water and electricity, but bills will be monitored for any significant increases. prepay rent each month, so first month + deposit due before move in. 2-3 non-family references requested. Must be able to respect peacefulness and low noise level of home. 3 and 6 month prepaid discounts available.
