I am renting my downstairs living area, which consists of a 22ft x 24ft private bedroom with private full bath, as well as an adjoined bonus room approx 15ft x 9ft. The rest of the house would be shared ie; kitchen, laundry. etc. Outside smoking is ok. Preferably no pets. Will share the cost of utilities on top of rent. Available 12/01/09.
