Bids will be received from Trade Contractors by Evergreen Construction at 3200 Cobb Galleria Pkwy, Suite 240, Atlanta, GA 30339 until 3:00 p.m. local time, November 7, 2009, for the furnishing of all labor, material, and services for the following trades for the Renovation of Cross Keys High School, Atlanta, Georgia in compliance with the plans and specifications: Final Cleaning, Soil Treatment, Asphalt Paving*, Curb & Gutter, Unit Pavers, Fencing, Landscaping*, Stacked Stone, Expansion Joint Covers, Millwork*, Waterproofing*, Metal Wall Panels*, Built-Up Roofing*, Door Installation, Overhead Doors, Automatic Entry Doors, Translucent Wall Panel Systems*, Drywall & Acoustical*, Flooring*, Painting*, Toilet Partitions and Accessories, and Walkway Covers*.

Bids will be received from Trade Contractors by Evergreen Construction at 3200 Cobb Galleria Pkwy, Suite 240, Atlanta, GA 30339 until 3:00 p.m. local time, October 30, 2009, for the furnishing of all labor, material, and services for the following trades for the Renovation of Cross Keys High School, Atlanta, Georgia in compliance with the plans and specifications: Surveying, Selective Demolition*, Masonry*, Doors, Frames & Hardware*, Glass & Glazing*, Plumbing*, HVAC*, and Electrical*.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 19th, 2009, at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen field office trailer at Cross Keys High School, 1626 North Druid Hills Road, Atlanta, GA 30319. Attendance is mandatory for all bidders intending to bid on the Selective Demolition, Glass & Glazing, Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical, and failure to attend the pre-bid conference will result in disqualification.

All bidders whose trade is listed above with an * will be required to furnish with their bid a security bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid. Should you become the successful bidder you will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract sum. These bonds shall be executed by a Surety Company licensed to do business in State of Georgia, and have an A. M. Best Company rating of "A" or better.

Copy of Bidding Documents are available for review in Evergreen Construction’s plan room at 3200 Cobb Galleria Parkway, Suite 240, Atlanta, GA 30339. Bidding Documents are available to all interested parties through Evergreen Construction, 3200 Cobb Galleria Parkway, Suite 240, Atlanta, GA 30339, Attn: C. Hunter Letts, Telephone (678) 244-6512 for a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 made payable to Evergreen Construction. Bid documents will be forwarded, upon written request.

Contract, if awarded, will be on stipulated sum basis. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty five (45) days after date of receipt of bids. Evergreen Construction reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
