Goodman Chiropractic Clinic provides a Complimentary Spinal Health Care Class open to all members of our community. At this class you will learn about current topics in health, basic spinal anatomy, how the nervous system works, as well as causes and dangerous effects of subluxation. You will also learn how our daily routines and common pastimes such as incorrect sleeping, improper posture, and computer use and lack of proper ergonomics can have a surprising and devastating impact on our spines and nervous system throughout our lifetime. You will also have the opportunity to view normal and abnormal x-rays to see the impact subluxation has in our body.
The class is held in our office every other Tuesday night at 7:00 pm. There is absolutely no cost or obligation for attending this class however reservations are required.
