2. Will write print copy and advertise your listing and respond to tenant correspondence promptly.
3. Will promote your listing via internet, listing services and agency contacts.
4. Will conduct open-houses and schedule and conduct viewings.
5. Will supply credit, and background checks on tenants.
6. Will screen candidates to find the most ideal, responsible tenants.
7. Will prepare and process professional leases and related forms to protect your rights.


~PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

1. Collect rents (payable to landlord) and handle delinquent accounts.
2 Market and lease vacant apartments
3. Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, repairs and landscaping.
4. Respond to and resolve Tenant issues.
5. Provide 24-hour emergency service.
6. We will ensure the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition.
