Hi, my name is Terry Robinson. I'm working on small to large land projects. My services are directly in co-operation with city, county, and state(EPD) officials in the central Georgia area. To protect the environment from Erosion and Sediment release in streams and encroachment on other properties due to any land disturbing activity past or present. By state code properties that are REO are needing to be inspected and maintained during the "idle" time the properties are being up for resale. The properties are to be inspected after each 1" rainfall event and documented for the EPD for inspection. I have the resources to do this work for the banking community, and the environment. Here is a copy from the Field Manual for Erosion and Sediment control in Georgia:

The National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES) Permit

A related Federal and State program also
regulates land disturbance activities (LDAs).
The Federal Clean Water Act and the Georgia
Water Quality Control Act require the operator
of an LDA to obtain a National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)
Permit. This NPDES Permit regulates the discharge
of storm water from LDAs of five (5)
acres or more, and smaller parcels within developments
of five (5) acres or more. As is the
case with LDA permits issued pursuant to the
Georgia Erosion and Sedimentation Act, the
NPDES Permit requires that Best Management
Practices (BMPs) be employed. The
BMPs are described in this Manual. Further
information regarding the NPDES Permit can
be obtained from the Environmental Protection
Division of the Georgia Department of
Natural Resources.
