 We meetup every Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:15pm at the Suwanee Town Center Park at the intersection Buford Highway and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. We practice a dynamic form of yoga that includes a continuous sequence of postures that are linked to one another through synchronization of the breath. It is a deep and active practice that realigns the body, steadies the mind, and builds strength and a sense of inner peace. It develops concentration, reduces stress, and eventually brings a wonderful sense of tranquility to the mind. Students progress at their own pace.
