 RISPA SCHOOL OF PERFORMING ARTS PRESENTS AN ACTING WORKSHOP with PROFESSIONAL ACTORS LINDEN ASHBY SUSAN WALTERS. Susan and Linden have had major roles in more than 50 films, including Mortal Kombat, Wyatt Earp,Jumping Ship, Maid of Honor, Resident Evil, and Prom Night. They were regulars in over 10 primetime series and guest stars on countless television series, such as CSI: Miami, CSI, Cold Case, The Closer, JAG, Drop Dead Diva, Army Wives, Melrose Place, One Tree Hill and Seinfeld. They have also appeared as series regulars in the daytime dramas The Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives and Loving. Susan is currently in the CW series The Vampire Diaries, filming in Atlanta. IMPROVE YOUR ACTING TECHNIQUE FOR AUDITIONS! Using both cold reading and scene study work, the class will focus on auditioning for agents and projects. • preparing for a cold reading • breaking down scenes • improving film and theatre work using simple, honest acting techniques • how to work in front of the camera • how to understand the shot and adjust your performance.
