 VoltageX Ultimate Chargers (www.voltagex.com) are sold in over 1000+ convenience stores in 22 states. We need expansion capital to grow. We have been in business for 2.5 years and have spent the past 2 years developing world class products. Our Ultimate Charger has only been on the market for 7 months and to date we have grossed $55,000 in revenues selling directly with absolutely no sales or marketing budget. Investment dollars will be spent marketing to distributors and retailers, attending trade shows, warehousing inventory, and buying out my partner's share of the business. Investment minimum is $10,000 up to $100,000 maximum. A $100,000 investment buys 50% of the company while $10,000 investments buy 5%. I will continue to run the company and will retain ownership of the remainder of the company. In exchange for your investment you will receive shares of the privately held company, which at some point when sales are brisk, we will consider our options of selling to the highest bidder. That's when you and I cash out. We may eventually put together enough cash for an infomercial as well. You will have participation in the company but not partake in the day to day decisions, however you will be kept abreast of every move we make.
